WDT ประสาน Stray Dogs Ch-Am ให้การช่วยเหลือรับเคส เหตุเจ้าของไม่มีเงินส่งเจ้าเข้มเข้าผ่าตัดด่วน คุณหมอผ่าตัดได้กระสุนปืนไว้หลักฐาน
WDT ประสานเจ้าของเข้าแจ้งความทารุณกรรมสัตว์และทำให้เสียทรัพย์อาญาที่ สภ.เมือง จังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์
เจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจลงพื้นที่ตรวจสอบที่เกิดเหตุ เตรียมเรียกตัวผู้กระทำผิดมาสอบสวน
พยานเห็นเหตุการณ์ ยืนยันหนักแน่น ไม่มีทางที่จะรอดจากโทษทารุณกรรมสัตว์ไปได้เบื้องต้นไม่ทราบสาเหตุ ว่าเหตุใดจึงยิงหมาแล้วเข้ามาตี ซ้ำ กะจะเอาให้ตายกันถึงขนาดนี้อนาถแท้…มนุษย์ ร่วมเป็นกำลังใจให้เจ้าเข้มปลอดภัยและกลับมาเดินได้อีกครั้งพร้อมรอดูผลพิพากษาต่อไปครับ
shooting dog, but not dead, slammed it with stick , finally legs broken. the incident at Prajuab.
Kem the dog was shot but still alive, unsatisfied, tried to hit him some more, til his legs were broken, bone exposed. owner insisted, Kem was a good boy, never caused trouble.
WDT received plea from the dog owner ‘sergeant Dam’ who is also amateur news reporter of Prajuab, he asked for legal assistance. witness told the truth, he saw Kem being shot and running home , but the suspect was not happy he wasn’t dead, so he grabbed a stick beating the dog again.
the volunteer – Stray Dogs Cha-Am will pick up the medical bills due to the dog owner is short of funds. Kem was operated and bullet was removed and kept for ballistic test.
The owner went to report the crime with the police under the Animal Welfare law and Malicious to damage.
Police officer were at the crime scene, will arrange the warrant for interrogation later. witnesses confirmed the cruelty case, the suspect will not get away from justice.
at this moment, no one knows for sure why he wanted to harm the dog , why shooting and then beating him ? what triggered him to such rage?
